Practical Task- Gag

To create the gag I had to find some material but unfortunately I had none so instead I used a clean old sock. As the gag would be in the mouth you wouldn’t be able to tell that it was a sock.

I cut it into one long piece of material so that it would fit round someone’s head and be tied up.

I wanted to give the sock an old look so I decided to stain it with a tea bag. This gave it a brown earthy look to make it seem that it was a random piece of material the killer had found from anywhere.

                   

Finally, I wanted to make a few blood stains so I used chilli sauce. I added this to the mouth area to make it look like they had coughed up some blood. 

                                    

Evaluation

• The stains turned out well
• It may not be a nice prop to use at it was made with a sock and has chilli sauce on it
