Student Made Production Company Deconstruction

This production company begins with an image of a zombie like face on a black background. The face make the genre clear (horror). 

Slowly the screen zooms out from the face and the name of the production company, 'Jump Scare', fades in whilst the image of the face becomes blurred in the background allowing the audience to focus on the production company name.

Eventually the name becomes clear and the maroon colour of the writing creates a contrast between the black background.

The title then fades out and the face begins to become clear again. Overall, the production company lasts 2 seconds which is quick enough for the audience to read the title and identify the genre the film might be.

Evaluation 

Pros:

• A simple production company and the genre is clear
• The audience is forced to focus on the production company name as the background becomes blurred.
• It only lasts for  2 seconds which is long enough for the audience to read the production company name and see the image.
• The colours conform to horror films (red, white and black). 
• Simple

Cons:

• There is no sound or music to accompany the production company.
• It may seem a bit boring so people won't remember it.
